(RM300 penalty if found smoking in the house) Electric bill is capped at RM250 per month (i.e, rm9 per day). Any usage above RM250 per month will be charged to the guestThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
