• The primary guest must be aged 25 years or over, and for group bookings all guests must be over 25 unless travelling as a family. The property is situated in a residential building and there is a strict no party policy. Noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 22:00. Extra guests are strictly not permitted in your apartment. The property does not take payment by cash. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. A surcharge of GBP 10 per hour applies for a late check-in after 20:00, Final late check-in time is 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
