Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
