• A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The accommodation will charge the accommodation days before arrival. It will be made by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card after inspection of the accommodation. The check-in process involves mandatory online registration for each guest before accessing the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and always carefully follow the instructions provided to you. MitHouse is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process. We respect: in order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. Important: For reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
