• Please note that all guests (including children) need to provide valid identification (ID, government-issued ID, passport, or student ID) before check-in. Please note that eating and drinking in the bedroom are not allowed. The minimum age to stay is 38 years old. Guests traveling with children must inform the property at least one day before check-in. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 4 days before your arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without the host's permission. Please note that additional unregistered guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of GBP 150 per person. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 70 will apply for late check out. For each additional hour after the check-out time, there will be an extra charge of GBP 150. Staying over 2 hours will result in a GBP 300 fee. Please note that for early check-in, the following charges apply: - GBP 150 from 12:00 - GBP 70 from 13:00 - GBP 50 from 14:00 to 15:00 Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply: - GBP 100 from 19:00 to 22:00 - GBP 150 after 22:00 Please note that illegal drugs are not allowed in the property. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of £800.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
