• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties or get together. Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. The lead guest must be 21 years or older and will be required to present a valid photo ID and payment card upon check-in. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at an additional fee, subject to availability. Weekly cleaning service is included in the rates. A cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee of GBP 30 to GBP 80, depending on the type of apartment booked. Daily cleaning is not included in the price. A damage deposit will be taken by booking.com and will be charged for any damage caused subject to an inspection of the property upon check-out. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged if guests are found smoking in the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and designated areas. Please inform the property in advance of any special requests you may have and note that they are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
