Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: 1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Guests who wish to contact the hotel may do so using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. For any amendment changes for non-refundable bookings only, Hotel Royal Macau will charge HKD 200 as amendment fee. Please note from 1st June 2015, shuttle bus transfer between Macau International Airport and Hotel Royal Macau will be suspended until further notice. Breakfast is available from 07:00 - 10:00. Please note that Breakfast included rate plan only included for 2 adults. Please note that the shuttle bus service is currently suspended until further notice. Please note that the restaurant FADO is closed every Wednesday and Catalpa Garden is closed every Monday.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
