• Please note that a surcharge of €30 in cash applies for arrivals after 22:00 pm. We want to inform you that a maintenance process will be carried out on the façade of the building to guarantee its optimal condition and safety. To do this, a temporary scaffolding will be installed on the façade that will be implemented until the end of February. This work will not affect the use of the homes or their comfort. We apologize for any possible visual disturbances during this period and appreciate your understanding. The accommodation will be rented as a temporary rental for professional use, training, or medical assistance; it is not available for tourist use or permanent residence. Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign a seasonal rental agreement and indicate the intended use of the apartment. Only professional use, training, or medical assistance are permitted. Any other use may result in the forfeiture of the reservation and the loss of any amounts paid to date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
