• Please note that guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must present a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property is NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This agreement fully complies with the conditions of your Booking.com reservation. Please note that for reservations of more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, and the bill will be borne by the guest. Finally, if your arrival date falls on the same day as the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
