• The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €25. Travel cots are available for hire at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in. No parties or similar gatherings are allowed in this accommodation. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rentalThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
