• All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
