• The guest who made the reservation must reside at the property for the entire stay. We remind you that our physical reception hours are from 09:00 to 18:00. Afterwards, we will continue with the online reception until 23:00. Additional guests not registered at the property are not allowed to enter. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including smoking, will incur a cost according to the damage caused and will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation. Guests arriving outside of check-in hours are advised to contact the property prior to their stay in order to complete the online check-in procedure. Online check-in is only possible if the reservation has been paid in full. The name on the credit card used for the reservation must correspond to that of the guest staying at the property. Please confirm your arrival time.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
