Due to new regulation in Madrid in relation to hospitality and tourism, we are modifying the way we arrange and manage properties, that is why we ask the follow: -We need to sing a contract at check in -A document stating the motive of the stay indicating: vacation, business, medical situation, if you are a student, etc. -A document stating that you have housing of your own and this is just a temporary stay, not moving in. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
