• Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys. ANY INCIDENT CAUSED BY THE GUEST AND NEEDS SUPPORT, OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS FROM 3:00 PM TO 8:00 PM WILL HAVE AN EXTRA COST OF 20 EUROS TO BE PAID IN CASH TO THE PERSON WHO GIVES THE ASSISTANCE. Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are designed mainly to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or have no window. Please check all the pictures of the accommodation along with the description, as the system will randomly assign you according to the availability of the desired dates the corresponding room, and if in the end you are not interested contact Booking. -Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodation and fines from 99€. -Losing the key has a penalty of 49€. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.
