• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will send detailed payment instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. When booking more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A security deposit will be requested to be paid at the confirmation of the reservation. If you travel with your pet, please note that only dogs are allowed. The conditions are the following: - Dogs carry a supplement of EUR 12 per night and an additional cleaning supplement of EUR 25 per stay - Maximum weight of 10 kg - Pets are not allowed in the wellness areas (swimming pool) or where food or drinks are served. The Hotel has charging stations for electric vehicles, subject to availability upon arrival. Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number to guarantee your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and by all current data protection regulations.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
