• Damage deposit: 300.00 AUD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Please note the property is currently undergoing renovations until further notice. Some noise disturbance is anticipated during the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that Silver Sands Resort Mandurah does not accept payments with American Express/Diners Club credit cards. Please note that there is 1 free parking bay per apartment. Additional parking is available at a surcharge. Parking is also available for boats and caravans at a surcharge. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Silver Sands Resort Mandurah requires a £200 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please take note of the following office opening hours. RECEPTION HOURS: Sat - Thur: 9am to 5pm Fri: 8am to 6:30pm Public Holidays: 10am - 2pmGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
