• Pets are not allowed
• A 1000 pesos security deposit is required upon check in. Refundable given that they cleaned the property, no smoke or vapor smell detected.No damage at the property. It is consumable they can buy snacks, beverages and essentials that are available in the mini bar and honesty store inside both units. Any exceeding amount shall be paid prior to check out. Must advise unit owner or host about the items purchased at the property. No vandalism at the property. Guest will pay the labor to have the property repainted back to its original paint, will pay for the days we stop the operation of the unit used for staycation business until the work is done. Clean as you go, wash the dishes and kitchenware used, clean the bathroom, toilet, throw trash at the garbage room or pay 500 cleaning fee upon check out. Only light cooking is allowed, basic frying and rice cooking. Guests 17 years old and below must ba accompanied by their parents or guardian. I am not a fan of rules. Just cooperate and enjoy your stay! Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
