Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighbors (quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local morals and customs. Parties and events are not permitted. - In the event of non-compliance with good neighbor rules or observed nuisance, the agency reserves the right to terminate your stay early. -For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only those registered on the reservation are authorized to access the property. The entrance is under 24/7 video surveillance and monitored by security guards. -Regarding the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children. The Agency disclaims any liability in the event of negligence on the part of the Tenant.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
