• For Moroccan or mixed-race couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in. It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illicit substances inside the accommodation or residence. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited, subject to immediate expulsion and prosecution. You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted. If the nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. Any additional guests must be declared to the host. Only families and couples are allowed in our accommodations, according to the residence rules. Regarding the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children. The agency is not liable for any negligence on the part of the tenant.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
