Please note that the city tax must be paid upon arrival. Daily cleaning can be requested upon extra fees : EUR 15 per day. A full cleaning is included every 7 days. A deposit of 60€ is mandatory to guarantee your reservation. It will be blocked on your credit card and unblocked on the day of your departure. The deposit is only made by credit card. It will only be cashed in the event of damage to the studio or non-compliance with the rules of the establishment: no smoking in the residence; deterioration of the equipment available in the hotel; more than 2 people in the studio; failure to respect departure times.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
