• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Reservations of 10 or more rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional supplements may apply. Once the reservation is made, the hotel will contact guests with more information. For stays from January 1, 2023, all residents in Colombia and all non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) to the accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If a person subject to paying the tax and another person who is exempt share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. Only registered guests may access the property. All visitors and additional guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance with their full name and ID number.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
