• 1. Key Collection: The key collection is in a different location, 300 meters away from the building. The opening hours are: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 23:00. Friday & Saturday: 08:30 to 00:00. Sunday: 08:30 to 23:00. 2. Building Facilities: All guests must do a building induction with the building management to access the swimming pools, gym and other facilities. The inductions are every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM. Once your booking is confirmed with us, you will receive a communication from the building management to fill up an online form before the induction day. During the induction day, you go to the building concierge in the building lobby before 7:00 PM. Please note, we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction. Please note that a credit card payment surcharge of £0.22 per transaction + 1.43% of the transaction will apply to all accommodation bookings. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway provided by Pay Advantage.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
