• Please note that this property has no reception or luggage storage facilities . Please let the property know your estimated arrival time using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please call Southbank Apartments when you are departing the airport, or 30 minutes' away from arriving, so Southbank Apartments can provide you with directions on when to meet in the foyer of the apartment building for check in process. Please note you cannot check in at the concierge desk. Apartments are fully serviced on a weekly basis. Primary guests must be physically present at check in to present the CC used at the time of booking. Additional guests on the booking will not be checked in if the above policy is not followed. Guests can check-in between 2pm and 8pm. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or with Visa or MasterCard debit card. Also 3.6% for American Express credit card. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with a Diners Club and UnionPay credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
