The laundry machine is exclusively for cleaning personnel. Guests cannot use the laundry area. Official Identification of all the guests will be required at anytime via booking chat. Official & physical identification of all the guests will be required at anytime. Valid Passport is the only official Identification accepted in case you are foreigner IDs & passports must show the same name as the one shown on the booking reservation details. Please leave the door key in the door (£250 replacement fee) On the door of your room is the key to your room WITH A CARD FOR ACCESS TO THE BUILDING. On the day you leave, please leave the key ALONG WITH THE CARD on the door of your room. If you do not leave the card, it will cost £1,200 Mexican pesos to replace it. (You must send a photo via WhatsApp or message proving that you left the key to each room attached to the door) The rooms with shared bathroom and private bathroom share the common areas of the apartment, such as the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with the other guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
