• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR
• All requests for check-in after 20.00 PM are subject to approval by the property. Please note that for late arrival till 00:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 20 and after 00:00 an extra charge of EUR 45. All requests for check-out after 10:00 AM are subject to approval by the property. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 20 will apply for late check-out till 12.00. Please inform the property if you plan to bring a pet Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of CUR 35 per stay, per pet.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
