• After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The Double Room may consist of two twin beds or one double bed. The lower floors are prone to noise from the breakfast area and nearby supermarket. The city of Milan requires us to collect a tourist tax upon your arrival at the hotel of 7 euros per person per night. This is not included in your total checkout fee. Due to local regulations, guests at this Sonder will be asked to provide their party's information, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
