• Pets are not allowed
• The reception is open from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. It remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and during the summer/winter holidays. The studios and apartments are usually cleaned twice a week (restrictions during the holiday period). Cleaning service is not available on weekends and public holidays. The total amount of the reservation and the Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival. Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please inform Residence Villa Odescalchi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can enter this information in the special request section when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7.30am.
