• Dear Guest, Please be fully aware that in order to access the apartment, it is absolutely mandatory to complete the registration process, in compliance with Italian legislation and Police identification requirements. The process consists of four steps: 1) Entering the guests' personal data (including children) using our Fast Check-in procedure to meet Italian Police requirements and collect the information necessary for invoicing. 2) Taking pictures of the guests to ensure correspondence between the identification document and the guests themselves. The pictures are automatically deleted one week after checkout. 3) Electronically signing the rental contract. 4) Paying the Tourist Tax by credit card (unfortunately, Booking.com does not collect it; the amount is shown in the reservation only to inform guests about the total cost of the stay but is not deducted from your credit card).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
