• Guests arriving after check-in hours (20:30) must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Guests with a room-only rate must modify their booking to a meal-inclusive rate in order to add meals to their plan. The property staff speak Japanese only. If you need to contact the property in a language other than Japanese, please contact the Booking.com Customer Service for assistance. Please note that the property does not provide pick-up service. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of dog is 2,200 yen (tax included) per dog. As a service, we will give you 2 pet sheets and 2 poop collection bags. We have a circle in your room. (Circle size: 72 cm x 104 cm x height 70 cm * Subject to change) A dog park is available on site. * Please bring a mixed vaccine and a rabies vaccination certificate.Guests must check in by 17:30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
