• Late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property and incur the following surcharges: EUR 30 from 20:00 to 22:00 and EUR 50 from 22:00 to 24:00. The property does not have a reception. For check-in details, please contact the property in advance. Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. It is possible to request late check-out (leaving the accommodation after 10:00) but it is subject to confirmation by the manager. If confirmed, it is possible to check out for free until 12:00, while check-outs after this time may incur the following supplements: from 12:00 to 15:00 up to 50% of the basic daily cost. After 3pm, if approved by the manager, a supplement of up to 100% of the basic daily cost may apply. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
