• Please Note: • Respect the space like your own. • Keep it fresh. Don’t smoke indoors. • Leave your worries and footwear at the door. • Note that pets are not allowed at the property. • Close windows to keep insects and creepy crawlies out. • Note that certain zone in the property may have CCTV surveillance • Use all resources, like water & electricity mindfully. • Be respectful in your interaction with our care taking staff. • Bonn fire per day will be charged Rs. 1500. • BBQ Per day will be charged Rs.2000. • Complimentary breakfast till 10:30 AM. • Kitchen will be closed at 11:00 PM. • Outside food not allowed. Meal Timing: • Breakfast 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. • Lunch : 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. • Dinner : 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Strictly Note: • Hukka & Drugs are not allowed. • Smoking indoors is not allowed. • You will be liable to pay only in cottages and not in any open areas of the property. • Late night service after 10:30 PM will be charged Rs.2000/night. • No outside games like cricket, football badminton is allowed in our vicinity. • Personal speakers are allowed to play only in cottages and not in any open areas of the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
