• Please note that there is no restaurant or shop near the property. Guests with any food allergies or specific dietary needs are advised to contact the property directly, prior to their stay. Please note that guests driving to the property between 1 December and 31 March are strongly advised to drive in four-wheel drive vehicles equipped with both studless tires and snow chains. Guests who wish to have dinner at the property are required to make a reservation at least 1 day before arrival, by 21:00. Please note that the property's shuttle service to and from Sekiyama Station is only offered on weekdays, between 10:00 and 15:00. In order to use the shuttle service, a reservation is required at least 3 days prior to your date of arrival. The property staff can reserve a taxi for staying guests, if they are informed at least 3 days prior to your date of arrival. Please contact the property directly for more details.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
