• Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly asked to contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Late arrivals can be accommodated after 22:00 if guests contact the hotel before 22:00 to receive the key code. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the hotel may be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Please note that extra beds are not available in all rooms. Extra beds are on request only and need to be confirmed by the accommodation. Please note the guests are eligible to free parking only for one car. Charges apply for other vehicles. Please note that the rooms at Hotel Touristik are spread over 2 floors. Access to your rooms is only possible by stairs. The Hotel Touristik has implemented various measures to protect its guests through improved hygiene measures to defeat coronaviruses, including: • Complete replacement of carpets with designer vinyl floors • All rooms have been coated with anti-allergic and environmentally friendly paints • Replacement of the previous mattresses and pillows with hygienic and allergy-friendly mattresses and pillows • Hand sanitiser stations in the lobby, restaurant and floors • Equipping the hotel with professional air purifiers (UVC light) • Creation of a covered lounge area outsideGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
