• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• All children under the age of 16 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. If you wish to bring your dog please ensure to book a dog-friendly unit as these are specifically allocated for dog use. Please note that if you or any of your family have allergies to dogs you must not book a dog-friendly unit. Please note pets are not allowed in the property facilities, including the restaurant. Opening hours and facilities on site will be limited throughout October and March. Please note that commercial vehicles, such as towing trucks, cannot be brought onto the property without prior consent from the owners. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to the countryside valley location, the mobile reception is weak or minimal on the resort, so there's a phone available to use in reception should you need. Free wifi is available in the poolside café and the Venue Bar.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
