• The apartment is located on the 5th floor with no lift. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A cot can be provided for the apartment upon prior request. Guests must bring the linen for the cot only. The rest of the adult beds linens are provided by property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 19:45, payable upon arrival. Arrivals after 0:00 are not possible. If exceptions would be made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. If security deposit is paid with cash, a surcharge of EUR 30 applies for departures before 08:15, payable upon arrival and check-out would not be possible before 06:00. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
