• Please note DWS Vacation Villas - Kissimmee does not have a reception. After full payment is received, guests will be contacted via email with house address and lock key pin number. Please note all guests over 25 years of age must have a valid ID present. International guests must have a passport. Please note pool is not heated. Guests will be able to heat the pool for an additional fee. Contact DWS Vacation Villas for more details. Please note DWS reserves the right to charge guest credit cards in the event of damages to the property. Contact property for further details. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
