Know before you go

• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Up to 3 children aged 17 years old and younger stay for free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Contactless check-out is available.

Special instructions

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. ^Requires theme park admission. Valid only at participating rides and attractions in Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, during normal theme park operating hours. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or at Universal Epic Universe. Excludes separately ticketed events. Benefit is non-transferable and valid only for guests of Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, for the number of guests staying in the room for the length of hotel stay. Express ride access is a separate line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. Present valid room key card to the attendant upon entering the queue for a participating ride and attraction.
