Know before you go

• Pets are not allowed
• The reception office is open from 9am-9pm. Guests arriving outside these hours need to send all check-in documents before arrival. The keys will be given from our security guard. There are 24hour CCTV cameras outside and asecurity guard for safety reasons. We cannot check-in a guest in the accommodation without the signed agreement. Registration form (terms - house rules acceptance form) will be signed by the host and the guest confirming these terms on arrival. A copy of the guest's passports is kept securely during the stay and destroyed on departure. The guests personal details are kept securely and are not shared with third parties as defined by the GDPR regulation and the local laws and policies. They are only used for the purpose of this reservation and shared with the authorities (police) if requested for some serious reasonThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
