• • Guest passports and IDs collected online, pre-stay • Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. •Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. • Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 EUR 120 after 1:00 •This property is exclusively for families. •The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. •Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. •Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. •The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. •For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. •Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. •Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. •Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. •Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
