• Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.
