• Family-Friendly Accommodation This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification, a passport, a driving license, or an ID before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. All requests for late check-in are subject to approval by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 EUR 120 After 01:00 For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method, such as a credit link or bank transfer, for security and banking purposes. Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. A child's high chair and baby cots are available by request for an extra charge and are subject to availability. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
