• Pets are not allowed
• - Please note that alcohol consumption is prohibited at the property. - No running in hallways - Respect neighbors' privacy - No tampering with fire safety equipment or sprinklers (strictly prohibited and subject to fines) - Guests will be held liable for any misconduct, with a minimum fine of £500.00 per incident - Keep fire doors closed at all times, except when entering or exiting - Please note that the elevator hours: 8am-8pm (summer time). Special arrangements can be made for outside hours in emergency situations (e.g. for wheelchairs or heavy luggage) - In case of emergency, please do not use the elevator - Pet deposit and pet fees are charged per stay or per week, arrangements must be made in advance and are only allowed in specific units. - Someone found smoking on property will be charged £150.00 each incident. Please note that these rules are in place for your safety and the comfort of all guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
