All adult guests and children 14 years of age or older indicated in the reservation, must show a valid identity document (ID card, PASSPORT, NIE) at check-in. Irta Street, 2 12598 Peñíscola - Castellón TEL 964 48 20 65 Key delivery timetable - From JUNE to SEPTEMBER From Monday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 20:00 - From OCTOBER to MAY From Monday to Friday: 16:00 to 19:00 SATURDAYS: keys will be collected in a coded mailbox, located at the key collection address. SUNDAYS CLOSED Please consult periods of long weekends and holidays out of high season. The check-in after the usual time will be done through a code mailbox, you must contact the reception desk for this code to be provided to the customer and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid. Departure time from the apartments maximum at 10:00h. The rate does not include towels and bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the reception. EXTRAS: (payment at the reception) - Cribs: 7€ / day. - Extra beds: 7€/day. - Sheets: 6€ per bed/stay. - Towels: 25€ set of 5 shower towels (to be paid in cash). - Parking 10€/day Pets are not allowed Seasonal swimming pool, open from 15/6 to 15/9 (modifications subject to the community of neighbours of the property) Guests must pay a 150€ deposit by credit card, cash will not be accepted. After departure, the apartment is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñiscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within 7 days. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur supplements. The client will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you are unable to respect the arrival time.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
