• Pets are not allowed
• Credit Card Requirement: The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. If the credit card is not presented during check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Please note that photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards are not accepted. Reservation Policy: Reservations are personal and cannot be transferred to other guests. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact us directly for detailed information. Arrival Time Notification: The Reception operates limited hours, so please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to meet you at the property for a warm welcome.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
