• This property has a strict no party & visitor policy. Drugs, excessive alcohol and anti-social behaviour will be reported to the police and guest(s) will be evicted immediately. Children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. You must show a valid photo ID which is either a Australian Driver's License or Passport and the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. The reservation name for the booking, the ID and credit card name must match. Accepted IDs are passport and Australian driver's license. No other license are accepted here. Guests who fail to provide adequate identification will not be able to check-in, and no refund will be given. Any check out after 10:00 constitutes to a late check out and a fee will be charged to the security deposit. On check in, a £500 security deposit is required to cover any incidental charges below: Damage to the property (Full amount deducted) Excessive cleaning (£60) Setting off smoke alarm due to smoking in room (Full amount deducted) Late check out (£60) Management reserves the right to evict any guest who does not adhere to these guidelines.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
