• Pets are not allowed
• When booking for more than 4 rooms, different policies may apply and payment of the full reservation must be made after the reservation is made. An environment fee of MXN 85 per night is not included and must be paid at check-in. Please note that an additional charge of USD 20 per person per hour will apply for late check-out after 13:00. When booking 3 to 8 nights, dinner is served at speciality restaurants. Please note that the children water slide area is open from 09:00 until 18:00 from Wednesday to Monday. Please note that the adult water slide area is open from 10:00 until 17:00 from Wednesday to Monday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
