• Pets are not allowed
• Since check-in is not possible after 17:00, guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. This establishment PROHIBITS the accommodation of minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, during the entire reservation stay. No type of authorization will be accepted for this. The accompaniment will always be in conjunction with the minors with their father, mother or legal guardian. At the time of registration, they must present a valid document for minors, being the DNI or, failing that, the original Family Book. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex or the facilities. A safe and iron are available for a supplement. This property is non-smoking (neither in the rooms nor in the common areas). This property does not allow barbecues.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
