• Dear Guest, You are about to read some very important information, please pay attention: It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24 hour reception as in a Hotel. OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host. - The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
