• This property is a self-check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 14:00, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a EUR 200 smoking fee at minimum. When booking 30 nights or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Additional towels and linen changes are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not included.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.
