• This property offers self-check-in only. Guests will be requested to verify the identity before entering the property. Self check-in can be done within the normal check-in hours. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests (including from smoking on the property) will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. - Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of minimum EUR 200. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
